Strain Review: Jade

Grower Name: CLMonkey

Breeder: Stone

Day 72
JADE

The Smell: Earthy, Mango, Pine, Hash, Skunk, Woody

The Smoke: The smoke from 1 month cure was a heavy full bodied smoke that expanded a good amount, but not a lung buster. It had a heavy pine/mango flavour.

I just smoked 2 joints last night that have been curing for 6 months, and It now tastes of mango, and pine, with a vanilla aftertaste and it is smooth smoking.

[9] Smoke ability (Rate the smoke ability of the sample from 1-10 harsh-smooth)

[6] Smoke expansion (Rate how the smoke expands in the lungs from 1-10 stable-expander)

The High: Ahh! The high :) I found the high to be a little on the creeper side, but intense for about 2 hrs (very high tolerance) and I have to make note of this. It seems to help the blood flow a bit and might even be called viagra in plant form, and for this reason I suggest people with high blood pressure might want to smoke lightly at first. I had a patient say that he had to go easy on it because it made his blood pressure rise a bit.

Do you personally consider this strain a keeper for long-term use?

Yes

I am a Medical cannabis user

If you are a med user, describe briefly your health conditions and how this strain affects them

I am HIV positive for 14 years. HepC revA 33 years, Multiple back fusions, Chronic nerve pain accompanied with seizures and migraines. I am also insomniac with anxiety issues.

This has helped not just with appetite, but has been pretty good at keeping the burning sensations down to a tolerable state. One major thing that i noticed is that this stuff will make your blood flow! I say this as a warning to those with hypertension,or the not so playful partner ;)..yes i said it! This stuff is viagra in canna form for about half the people that have tried it.

Final Comments: I look forward to keeping this in my medical collection. I found it to have a really good balance of medical and recreational properties. When I smoke it I mix in a little bit of Harlequin just to boost the CBD and CBN levels, but that is not necessary. I look forward to growing this again and suggest that you give it a shot too.

Peace  Monkey
