Canna infused Christmas cookies
Now that December is approaching it is time for some Christmas baking. Stone was talking about cookies lately and I decided to make some today.
I am not good with following special recipes so you can modify this recipe the way you want. However, I always prefer simple recipes and I hope you will like this one.
The ingredients are as follow:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tea cup of ABV canna oil
- 3-4 tablespoons honey (you can use half a tea cup sugar if you like)
- 1 teaspoon coco
- Flour (I use gluten-free flour but you can use ordinary one)
P.S I didn’t take pictures of the eggs but I am sure you know how they look like :Happy-Grin:
Stir the eggs while melting the ABV canna oil on double boiler.
Slowly add the ABV canna oil into the eggs mix while stirring.
Add the honey, some vanilla (on tope of teaspoon), coco and cinnamon. I use vanilla and cinnamon to reduce the “green taste”.
Then add flour. Gluten-free flour could be a bit tricky because you cannot have very solid consistency. When it is solid enough I form the cookies into small balls. Because it is quite sticky it is better if your hands are wet while forming the cookies.
Baking: I hope you haven’t forgotten to pre-heat your oven :Tounge-Out: I bake at 150 C (302 F) for approximately 40 min and use baking paper.
If you use gluten-free flour it is important to pack your cookies in a small bag or foil otherwise they will get very dry in few days.
This is my simple recipe and I hope you will like it :THANK-YOU:
