Outdoor
Medium: multi-purpose, westlands grade `A` seedling rubbish…
Nutrients: Plant Magic `old Timers`. Maybe 2 light feeds of grow(week 3-5), then switch to bloom , molasses(every couple of feeds), a bit epsoms as required (I live in a hard water area(7.4) so I go easy on the micros.
Hours direct sunlight (outdoor): Between 12-17(10 mins under approx) 53.1 North (or there abouts)
Days from Seed: It`s hard t`remember tbh, but I`m thinking that I let em go long, maybe 85-90 days on the runt, another 10-20 on the the other 2. (Grew a Paki Ryder too…it was dominant in my 15l window box.)
Harvest Points: Th PR established herself 1st and therefore, kinda bullied the Stone Dragons`. I think I let them`go slightly too long. They also struggled a bit more with pests (I put this down to the Stone Dragons having a slower start t`life. Once they had lost out in the multipot situ, (the PK showed earlier, by 3-6 days!), it was an uphill battle for `em! I`d had to chop 3 males (so 50-50 males/females, all germinated… 1 runt). The runt was real crispy when I finally took her. (Really got picked on by the Borg…Bastards!)
Dry Yield (grams): About 23 g on the biggest, 17 on the medium and the runt through out 7-8. My container is not set up for large plants due to stealth, which has to be administered at the moment!
Growth Comments: They were unfortunate that I like experimenting and have severe restrictions on my realistic ambitions (unlike the past!) atm! Given a better grow environment, SDs` would yield well. Easy t`grow but, watch out for pests if growing Greenhouse/outside. This is a hardy strain and believe me… I put `em through some grief!
Comments on smell (during growth, harvest, etc.): The ladies had their moments, but I found low odour til` they hit flowering. I got some slightly earthy, hints of dark fruit, petrol (but not quite!). I also had t he PR in the same pot, soooo… Towards the end, the terpene stink dropped, but when chopped the full `Whack` came back lol.
I`ve ticked a few boxes below, but there were more that I can`t really remember (I finished the last of it a couple of moon back!). I Do remember that a long cure(4-8 months) led to a dissipation of the Aniseed notes (in both smell and smoke) and an abundance of lemon sherbet notes (on the nose) and a more mellowed `black jack` taste (which pleased me!).
The Smell: Earthy, Liquorice, Lemon, Aniseed
The Smoke: Not to my taste to start, but mellowed and improved with a decent cure (developed a real sweetness, if that makes sense). I found that it was good for both day and night. It`s defo a hybrid (Duh!). I mean that it really was close to middle ground for me. The PR is proper Indi and couch-lock and sleep occur. Stone Dragon can knock you out, but can also see ya through a night down the pub`.:)
