Medium: Roots organic original 2x 1 liter airpots and 1 solo cup
Nutrients: Water only, then gh micro and bloom 6/9 in flower
Lights type and schedule (indoor): Viparspectra 450 at 18/6
Days from Seed: #1 and 2 at 66 days #3 at 60 days
Harvest Points: Took one at day 60 for an anticipated clearer high, the other 2 at day 66 with mostly cloudy trichomes
Dry Yield (grams): 30.5 grams from the 3
Growth Comments: Star Rover takes its eating habits from the spiritwalker mother. She requires heavier than normal feeds, especially nitrogen, she gets very hungry in early and mid flower. She grows on her own. She does foxtail heavily,
but nice thick foxtails. Main cola dominant with nice even side branching. Buds are extremely calyx centric, very frosty and some nice colors of orange, purple, yellow, and green.
Comments on smell (during growth, harvest, etc.): Smells change rapidly throughout the grow, very hazy, sweet citrus, and floral. Here are how the 3 harvested phenos looked and smelled at harvest:
Pheno 1 smell is cheese, pine, glue, fuel, and spice. Appearance is calyx centric, and foxtailed. Frosty, and bright green spear buds.
Pheno 2 smell is cheese, leather, grapefruit, and earth. Appearance is calyx centric, quite airy, the trichomes are velvety, not sticky, and beautiful dark purple tips on the calyxes.
Pheno 3 smell is fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice. Appearance is identical to pheno 1.
The Smell: Haze, Diesel, Earthy, Floral, Pine, Grapefruit, Hash, Citrus, Spice, Leather, Lemon, Orange, Incense, Woody
The Smoke: #1- smooth, expansive , earthy, hashy
Effect lasts 2.5 hours on 2 hits, goes immediately behind the eyes and continues to climb into a great spacy head high, but clear enough to be active and social, yet I wouldn’t drive or operate machinery. Come down is a little rested, and foggy, muscles feel relaxed.
#2- smooth, not as expansive, incense, sandalwood, earthy
Effect- much more sw dominant, more spacy, euphoric, dirty. Much more indica, feeling in both head and body. Lasts 2 to 3 hours.
#3- smooth, very dry, very earthy.
Effect- quick onset in the head. Not as long lasting because of an early cut but far clearer than the other 2. This is the one to get out and get things done.

The High: For the most part this strain is predominantly sativa, in the head, but the Spiritwalker side of things makes it a bit spacy and super euphoric.

Final Comments: Star Rover combined 2 of my favorites from the portal. You get the wonderful cheese flavor and up high from the Almach, and the spaced out euphoria and haze flavor from the Spiritwalker. This review is being submitted after an 8 week cure. In that time the effects and potency have definitely increased, and I find myself reaching for this more often now than others because I like to be stoned yet still capable of going out and having fun! This is a strain that can definitely yield well in proper conditions. The foxtailing is a very minute negative, and is to be expected with most haze dominant genetics, yet star rover has true beauty and potency to push that to the side and I think sativa lovers will really enjoy this fresh mix of classic gems!
