Strain review by Frankthetank: Nashira

Strain: Nashira

Grower Name: Frankthetank

Medium: Coast of Maine Barharbor Blend soil

Nutrients: General Organics GO Box

Lights type and schedule (indoor): Mars Hydro 1200 24/0

Days from Seed: 72

Harvest Points: I harvested the whole plant when all trichomes were cloudy, with zero amber.

Dry Yield (grams): 70 grams

Growth Comments: Nashira was a pleasure to grow. She handled all feedings very well, but preferred light feedings. She did stretch a bit, but required no training to keep under control.

Comments on smell (during growth, harvest, etc.): Nashira’s smell started off just a bit skunky, but throughout flower her smell transitioned into a skunky/bubblegum smell. During harvest it was straight bubblegum smell. After one week in jars the smell exhibited a faint banana smell, along with bubblegum. After a month in jars she is all fruit and gum.

The Smell: Fruit, Bubblegum

The Smoke: Nashira is one of our favorite daytime vapes right now. Very smooth, and flavorful. Vapor production is excellent with this strain.

Final Comments: Nashira has quickly become one of our favorite daytime smokes. The smooth, flavorful vapor comes on quick and both improves mood, and takes away pain. She is a good choice for daytime activity, social times, or to kick back and watch a funny movie.

From a medical patients perspective, she is a great anti-depressant with the ability to turn a bad day around with a high enough dose (which is something I look for). She also is ideal for keeping the pain at bay on a normal day (normal for me, that is), although there are better choices for strong pain relief. Nashira is also free from unwanted side effects, and is requested often from the few other patients I help out.
